Initial Appointment:
- Identify goals, nutrition concerns and challenges.
- Outline short-term and long-term goals.
- Assessment of usual eating pattern.
- Written summary of appointment with tailored suggestions and a plan to get you started.
- Digital nutrition handouts and resources to support you.
Fee: $135.00
Initial appointment (60-75 minutes).
Follow-Up Appointment:
- Plan for long term success.
- Address barriers and challenges to making changes.
- Continued guidance to reach your goals.
- Written summary of appointment with suggestions.
- Digital handouts to support you.
Fee: $110.00
Follow-up appointment (50 minutes).
Virtual Nutrition Counselling in Winnipeg & Across Manitoba
Individual appointments with a Registered Dietitian.
A joining link will be sent to your email 15-minutes prior to your appointment.
Payment for Nutrition Counselling
Credit Card or E-transfer accepted.
You will receive a receipt that includes the Registered Dietitian’s license number for you to submit your insurance provider.
Most employee benefit plans cover the cost of Nutrition Counselling.
