Initial Appointment

- Written summary of appointment with tailored suggestions and a plan to get you started
- Digital handouts and resources to support you
60-75 minute appointment: $135.00
Follow-Up Appointment
- Plan for long term success
- Address barriers and challenges to making changes
- Continued support and guidance to reach your goals
- Written summary of appointment with suggestions to help

50-minute appointment: $110.00
Virtual Nutrition Counselling in Winnipeg & Across Manitoba
Individual appointments with a Registered Dietitian.
A joining link will be sent to your email 15-minutes prior to your appointment.
Payment for Nutrition Counselling
Credit Card or E-transfer accepted.
You will receive a receipt that includes the Registered Dietitian’s license number for you to submit your insurance provider.
Most employee benefit plans cover the cost of Nutrition Counselling.
